Domodedovo Logistics Park

• Domodedovo Logistics Park (DLP) is a 700,000 m² master planned park being developed on a 120 hectare parcel of land in 3 phases.
• DLP is situated approximately 30 kilometers southeast of Moscow, at the intersection of the Federal highway Kashirskoye, or Don M4, and the ring road A 107, or Betonka. The A107 is the main road servicing transit cargo from Europe to eastern and southern parts of Russia. The DLP site is also within 12 kilometers of Domodedovo International Airport.
• The shortage of developed facilities in the proximity to Domodedovo Airport as well as good access to important highways makes this an excellentlogistics location.
• The equity was provided via a partnership which includes Redwood and other major institutional investors from the US and Europe.
• Europroperty magazine included this transaction as one of Europe's top 10 deals in 2007.
